Texas law only allows a vehicle storage facility (VSF) to accept the following documents to establish the right to the vehicles. We are always here to help; the forms are:  Valid government-issued identification is required, along with one of the following: a vehicle insurance card that matches the vehicle, a copy of the vehicle registration, a vehicle title certification, a notarized power of attorney, or a certified court order.
