Payments Accepted
We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit or debit cards, corporate checks (approval required), ComCheck, T-Check, EFS, and FleetOne.
Proof of Ownership
Texas law only allows a vehicle storage facility (VSF) to accept the following documents to establish the right to the vehicles. We are always here to help; the forms are:
Valid government-issued identification is required, along with one of the following: a vehicle insurance card that matches the vehicle, a copy of the vehicle registration, a vehicle title certification, a notarized power of attorney, or a certified court order.

Not Vehicle Owner?
Do you want to claim or remove property from a vehicle you do not own? Texas law requires you to complete a Personal Vehicle Owner Removal and/or Inspection form. Here is a copy of the VSF013 form.
Insurance Adjusters
All insurance adjusters must complete and present the Commercial Removal and/or Inspection of a Motor Vehicle form at a VSF during inspections. Here is a copy of the VSF012 form.
Vehicle Lienholder
All vehicle lienholders and their repossession agencies must complete and present the Lien Holder Power of Attorney when claiming a vehicle. Here is a copy of the VSF010 form.
