Steffany Watson operates “The Office Chair” as a dedicated member of the towing dispatch team for SAS Towing and Recovery Inc. She brings 26 years of experience in the towing industry to our team. Her journey began in 1998 in asset recovery and after just a month with SAS, she already recognized the company’s unique atmosphere of professionalism, respect and care for customers and employees alike. Steffany’s favorite thing to haul? Nowadays, it’s her motorcycle. Her passion for customer care shines through in her daily interactions. She genuinely enjoys helping people in their time of need. As a key part of our towing dispatch team, Steffany ensures every recovery and towing request is handled efficiently and professionally. When Steffany is not coordinating recoveries, she’s likely on her motorcycle, out hunting, camping or enjoying quality time with her “littles.” She recalls entering the towing world on a whim after a friend recommended she apply for an office job and she’s been hooked ever since. Her guiding principle in work and life is simple yet powerful: “Treat people with respect and kindness; if you’re there with them, they’re likely having a bad day and a simple smile can uplift a tough moment.” Steffany brings that same positivity to every call she handles as part of our towing dispatch team in Central Texas.
