Did not have them tow my vehicle however I was driving in traffic and realized the lane I was in was not a turn lane (honest mistake) There was room for me to squeeze in infront of tow truck and so I did (we were barley starting to roll forward from light, not even going walking speed) when the driver of the tow truck layed on his horn and started flipping me off. He then proceeded to switch lanes and cut me off and brake check me all while hanging a middle finger out the window. He kept switching lanes back and forth so that I could not go around him. Finally I was to make it around and he was yelling out the window and flipping me off with both hands. Fast foward about 5 minues he passed everyone on the shoulder (to tow a vehicle from wreck) and as I passed the scene he theb staryed to yell from the back of his truck as well as flip mr off. All this happening in front of a long line of traffic as well as the people involved in the accident and the police and firemen. Would not ever use a company who hires individuals who behave this way. All of this because I made an honest mistake and needed to get over.....ridiculous

Great service! Fast, efficient and friendly. Due to health issues I was not able to change out my tire. I was stuck on a not-so-safe part of the road. SAS to the rescue! They responded quickly and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended.

Negative 5 stars. I had a huge sense of urgency to get my RV/my home moved about 10 blocks or lose it. I explained my situation to them and they wanted to charge me $800 and when I said I I couldn't afford that the guy wanted to lecture me about wasting his time. Stay away from them.

My daughter was driving here to visit and the shift link on her car popped out of place. We called SAS thinking we were going to have to have it towed to a dealership on a Saturday when they were closed. I lived 4 hours away! Cody went above and beyond customer service and got his driver Will to pop the hood and put it back in place and even showed my daughter how to do it in case it happened again on the rest of her trip, 4 hours away. Cody was very concerned about my daughter being on the side of the road waiting on a Uber. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them. Very professional and so nice on the phone. Thank you both so very much for your help and service!!

I was at a football game over in Jarrell from out of town and accidentally locked myself out of my car. Adam at SAS came over very promptly and was able to get my car open. Thanks for the help!

From when I called to schedule and got the tow it all went flawlessly. This is a great company. Paul hauled my school bus a couple hours away and did a hell of a job. Highly recommend this company

It’s never a good day when you have to call for a tow truck. Macy took great care of me on the phone, and Cody did an amazing job taking me all the way into Austin. If you or your company ever need to have a vehicle towed I can’t recommend them enough.

They handled my vehicle with extreme care!
